CNC Plasma Cutting Machine has developed an X-Y Robot (CNC-Plasma) system for 2D nested cutting application.
Cnc Plasma Cutting Machine comes in width of 4Mtr, 6Mtr, and 8Mtr; to cover the entire range of plate sizes from plate width of 1.5Mtr to 3.2Mtr.
Length can be increased by adding Y-Axis modules up to any length required. The system is designed like a Robot with separately located 4 axes Fanuc controller for high reliability and rigidity at highly competitive rates.
The system has been provided with auto torch height controller through arc voltage and touch sensing for the piercing point.
Multiple gas stations are also provided as per customer requirements.
