Plasma Cutting Machine
1 Beam
It adopts wide-body enhanced box-type butt welding structure, which is beautiful in appearance and atmospheric; it is relieved by annealing heat treatment in a furnace, and has the characteristics of good rigidity, no deformation, high precision, lightweight, and small inertia.
2 Longitudinal drive frame
The end frame adopts a low center of gravity structure, the structure is symmetrical, the stability is good, and all the weldings are stress-relieved to ensure the overall rigidity and good dynamic balance;
Horizontal guide wheels are installed at both ends (the cam is used to reduce the contact surface between the guide wheel and the guide rail, and the operation is light), and the pressing degree of the eccentric wheel on the bottom of the drive frame can be adjusted to ensure a stable guiding of the whole machine during the movement.
It is equipped with a simple dust removal device to sweep debris accumulated on the surface of the guide rails at any time.
3 Guide
Horizontal guide rail: The horizontal double-axis guide rail is used as the guide for high precision, easy maintenance and durability.
Longitudinal guide rail: made of precision-machined rails (heavy rails), the front and sides of the rails, the butt joints and the chamfered surfaces are ground and processed;
4 Longitudinal and transverse drive
Power source: Japan Panasonic servo motor;
Gears and racks: all have precision gear racks for meshing transmission;
Reducer: The reducer adopts imported precision gear planetary reducer with high output torque, small clearance, low noise and long life without maintenance.
The steel belt drive is used in the transverse direction to achieve the same direction or mirror smooth transmission between the main and the slave torch.
5 Gas line
All gas paths are controlled by centralized gas supply from the central gas distribution system, equipped with solenoid valve, pressure gauge, regulating valve and continuous pulse automatic igniter to realize automatic intelligent control of artificial intelligence.
6 Cutting Torch
Torch composition: moving the mounting plate, lifting device, lifting motor, torch, holder, solenoid valve, safety tempering preventer, imported soft air pipe, etc.;
Torch height adjustment mode: flame - manual, electric and capacitive automatic three
Plasma - electric and arc-pressure automatic three
The torch is automatically adjusted to the height of the steel plate to ensure the consistent cutting quality.
