The problem that is prone to occur here is that the loop caused by poor contact between the ground wire and the workpiece is broken. The above problems may occur due to the failure to use a dedicated grounding tool, or the presence of insulation on the surface of the workpiece and the long-term use of the ground wire, which may cause poor contact between the ground wire and the workpiece. In order to avoid similar problems, users should use a special grounding tool when using the plasma cutting machine, and check whether there is insulation affecting the ground wire to contact the surface of the workpiece, avoiding the use of aging grounding wire.

2. Site requirements

Equipment installation requirements: The foundation must be fully compacted. There are no foundations such as voids and virtual soils; there must be fixed power sources that meet the relevant requirements of the state, and temporary power sources must not be used; equipment must have good grounding protection; a stable air source must be provided, and the compressed air provided must be dry. Clean air that meets the relevant national requirements.

3. Compressed air

The main line of compressed air must be equipped with a main pipe filter and dryer. The air pressure must be guaranteed at 0.5~0.7Mpa and the gas flow rate is 5 cubic meters/hour.

4. Power requirements

The power supply requirements provided by the equipment installation site: must be three-phase four-wire system, the line voltage is 380V±5%; if the voltage of the three-phase four-wire power supply line provided by the equipment site is 220V, the equipment should pay attention after power supply access. The voltage regulation of the power supply must ensure that the power supply voltage fluctuation must not exceed 220V +5%.

5. Environmental requirements

In order to ensure the machining accuracy of the machine tool and reduce the temperature difference around the equipment, the installation location should avoid: direct sunlight; high humidity; large temperature difference; vibration; strong magnetic field; It should also avoid the surrounding garages, cars frequently moving lanes, pressure or stamping equipment, electric welding, spot welding or argon arc welding, substations, high-voltage lines, dust-prone equipment, etc. Finally, the device must not be installed in radiation such as ultraviolet light, laser or X-rays.
